ALIVIN PLACE LAUNCHES COMPREHENSIVE HOME MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Alivin Place, the property management company, has launched a comprehensive home management service. Offering home owners a confidential service for total peace of mind during their absence.

The service is aimed at London home owners living or based overseas the majority of the time, or for anyone who spends extended periods of time away from home. For the first time absent owners can enjoy total peace of mind, knowing that their property is safe and secure. The service is completely confidential with a single named contact for all contact.

“With more and more people owning second or multiple homes, we identified a need for a home management service which would take the worry out of leaving a property vacant for weeks or months at a time”, said Jonathan Alvin, managing director of Alivin Place. “We currently have a number of clients who only visit their London home for two or three months per year.”

The service typically includes weekly visits which include security and room checks and clearing of junk mail. Additional services can also be provided, this can be anything from gardening, window cleaning, and minor maintenance to chimney sweeping, mail forwarding and utility bill payment. Ad hoc or occasional requests can also be undertaken as required.

“Our clients are typically owners of large homes or apartments who want to know that their property is being looked after, and will be ready to occupy as required. The service meets the requirements of many insurance policies in respect of long term absence, and offers peace of mind that if something goes wrong, there is someone there to deal with it promptly” Alvin added.

While the standard home management package includes weekly checks, emergency and key holding service, it can be tailored to any need, routine maintenance, refurbishment and all housekeeping services.

Whatever the level of service, all clients benefit from a single contact number and e-mail for 24-hour service, and detailed logging of all actions and incidents for accounting and insurance purposes.

The service does not stop when owners are in residence, as continuing maintenance and emergency assistance is available at all times.

The Home Management Service fees start from £50 per week for each vacant week, and are tailored to individual requirements.
