Founded by Jonathan Alvin in 1994, Alivin Place is based in Marylebone, London.

Alivin Place steadily expanded primarily as an ownership company acquiring apartments across central London in The City, West End and Docklands for the corporate lettings market.

Alivin Place wholly own, manage and maintain their property portfolio which are typically let through local letting professionals.

In 1996 Alivin Place Property Management was set up to manage, maintain and service Alivin Place Ownership apartments in London.

In 2001 Alivin Place Ownership commenced acquiring luxury apartments in Barcelona Spain for short and long term lets.

In 2002 Alivin Place Property Management Ltd commenced the management of private property in central London, on behalf of private investment (buy to let) landlords.

In 2003 Alivin Place Property Management commenced its Home Management Services aimed at London home owners living or based overseas the majority of the time.

In 2006 Alivin Place is recommended and approved to become a full member of the prestigious Guild of Master Craftsmen, for its services in property and home management.
